  3. 3 tsp brown sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 200u00b0C. Cut a livid in the flat side of each chestnut. Place around a large baking tray and roast for 20 minutes. Wrap in a clean tea towel. Cool slightly. Peel.
  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan exceeding medium heat. toss around in chestnuts, sugar and cinnamon for 2 minutes or until combined. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle behind sea salt.
